What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Google Checkout and PayPal. If you select a credit card as your payment option, please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. We will also ask you to enter your credit card Security Number. (The Security Number is the 3-digit number on the back of MasterCard and Visa cards or the 4-digit number on the front of American Express cards). If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to enter your PayPal payment options. You will then be directed back to toysbythebundle.co.uk to complete your order.

 What are your delivery charges?

  • Delivery charges are weight-based. You can view the delivery charges as you add items to your cart.

 How can I place an order?

  • You can place an order online or by phone. If you require assistance with your order please use the live help available every product detail page and the customer service page.

 

 

How can I find the items I want?

  • First you will need to search for the items you would like to order. The search page is located on the upper right hand corner of nearly every page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.

    We add new inventory on a daily basis, if you cannot find the item you are looking for please email either your order specialist or sales@toysbythebundle.co.uk

 

How can I know if an item I want is available?

  • The availability of each item we sell is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within the processing and delivery timeline you select. Note however that the availability of any item we sell is subject to change as new items come in.

 

 

Are there any restrictions on ordering?

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product we sell. We also reserve the right to refuse fulfillment of any order. We may take either of these actions after your order has been placed. We offer this site as a convenient shopping experience and service to our customers, but the availability of any product or service we offer is subject to change.

 

How can I calculate shipping costs?

  • Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse. All items are in brand new, factory sealed, and gift ready condition. We ship and deliver to most locations in Europe. We aim to deliver within 3 -21 working days, depending on the shipping and delivery method you select. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

Premium - UK Address (Urgent Allow 10-13 Working Days) 
Expedite - UK Address (Extremely Allow Urgent 5-8 Working Days)

Premium - Non-UK Address (Urgent Allow 12-15 Working Days)
Expedite - Non-UK Address (Extremely Urgent Allow 7-10 Working Days)

 What can I do if I never received an order confirmation e-mail?

  • If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 4 hours after placing an order, your e-mail provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you. Please check your Junk Mail or bulk folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from toysbythebundle.co.uk and legoplaysets.com. You can then contact our CustomerServiceCenter at orders@legoplaysets.com to request that a new order confirmation e-mail be sent to you.

 

 How can I cancel or modify an order that I’ve placed?

  • Once an order has been submitted, you must contact our CustomerServiceCenter via e-mail at sales@legoplaysets.com or sales@toysbythebundle.co.uk  to attempt to cancel or change it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process. When an order enters the shipping process a confirmation email is sent to notify you that your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping.

  How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We offer three types of order processing and delivery methods. The following are the delivery timelines (for U.K. delivery):

·        Expedite Order Processing and Delivery: Allow 3-5 Working Days

·        Premium Order Processing and Delivery: Allow 6-9 Working Days

·        Standard (Non Urgent) Processing and Delivery: Allow 14-21 Working Days

What can I do if I have not received my order?

  • You can help determine if your order is late based on your selected shipping method. Order processing and delivery is strictly based on the stated timelines. Order enquiries should only be sent if the order is not received after the stated timelines. Note that orders are processed on working days only and delivery timelines is based on working days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

 

 Why did I only receive part of my order?

  • It is not uncommon to receive your order in two or more shipments. Please read your dispatch notification email titled “Your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping” to see exactly how the order will be dispatched to you.

 

What is the Return Policy?  

  • We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you may return most items sold by toysbythebundle.co.uk or legoplaysets.com within 21 days for a replacement or a refund. Note items such as Nerf guns, softwares, games, CDs  are not refundable however, we will replaces part of it that are damaged or malfunctional. Items that are returned within 21-30 days will only be replaced. We regret that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items returned after 30days. To initiate the return process please contact us via email orders@legoplaysets.com or sales@toysbythebundle.co.uk or telephone to obtain authorization and prepaid postage. When sending email, please include the order number or the email address used to place the order and the item(s) you will be returning.
